Over the past few weeks we’ve seen up to 15 local bands battling it out on the live stage to win a place at the concert series of this year’s Clipsal 500.
01.02.12 BANDS ON TRACK: LADY STRANGELOVE
With Jayne-Anne Power securing the spot with The Potbelleez and rocker outfit Dexter Jones winning a place alongside INXS, the final heat of Bands On Track at Fowler’s Live was at fever pitch last Thursday as five local bands fought it out to win a place next to The Living End at this year's Clipsal 500.

The second heat of Bands On Track has wrapped up, with the second local act handpicked by Music SA to perform alongside INXS at Clipsal 500 on Sat Mar 3 being local indie-rock foursome Dexter Jones.

This year’s Clipsal 500 line-up has received another live music boost with US rockers Good Charlotte added to the bill this morning to perform on the evening of Sun March 4.

Last night Fowler’s Live was treated to the first heat of Music SA’s Bands On Track competition, seeing The Sun and The Sky, Squeaker, Mase N Mattic, Jayne-Anne Power and The Belle-Phonics all battling it out on the live stage for a spot to perform at Clipsal 500.
