MANY TIMES OVER

MANY TIMES OVER

Emerging Adelaide visual artists Meaghan Williams and Lissy Elliott combine quirk and humour with cartoons and origami, producing an array of designs that reflect a fascination with repetition. Hundreds of cartoon birds on skateboards cross Elliott's paths, while thousands of origami cranes, peas, carrots and love letters sweep William's canvases. From a distance Williams work resembles objects or patterns, until closer inspection reveal thousands of immaculate paper origami pieces.
