Launch Your Band Comp

If you're looking to take your band to the next step but are having trouble with the Russian roulette of triple j Unearthed, Perisher Ski Resort and Playstation might be able to help with their Launch Your Band competition.

Since it started in 2007, Launch Your Band has helped kickstart the careers of four talented Australian artistssuch as The Violent Flames (pictured) and Jordan Miller. Back again this year, Launch Your Band is giving an unsigned Australian band the chance to get mass exposure as the musical face of Perisher's 2011 Freeride television commercials. The winning artist will also receive a Perisher snow holiday for six people, a Nikon camera, Playstation 3, a slot on the Perisher Spring Carnival in September, as well as the love of countless snow bunnies heading to Perisher this year...
