Bluesfest Second line-up

We're just gonna keep rolling with this festival 'cos it keeps getting bigger and bigger! The second line-up for the East Coast Blues & Roots Festival (aka Bluesfest) has just been announced, with some massive names joining the already massive Bob Dylan, BB King and Elvis Costello. Blows Big Day Out's second line-up right out of the water!

Leading the pack in this second announcement are long-standing British rock and roll statesmen Jethro Tull, who've instilled themselves as rock and roll statesmen for well over 40 years now. Stylistically, they've chopped and changed their sound, helping pioneer prog rock in the early '70s before shifting to folk come the end of the decade and moving onto heavier sounds by the '80s. The band has just completed a European tour and will be in perfect pitch come next April.

Joining them at the top of this second bill are blues rock trio ZZ Top. A band that needs no introduction, ZZ Top are legends in every sense of the word. The Texas trio will be on hand at Bluesfest to rip through the hits of their many, many albums.
